摘要: Abstract This work describes the synthesis of SBA-16 modified with amine groups and chitosan. The synthesized materials were characterized by small angle XRD (SXRD), wide (WXRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission (TEM), Fourier-transformed Infra-red (FTIR) spectroscopy nitrogen adsorption/desorption techniques. characterization results revealed that new show highly ordered mesostructure large surface area pore diameter, suitable for further applications. FTIR, WXRD, TGA data elemental analyses proved groups/chitosan uniformly dispersed on surface. obtained can be considered as safe, basis insignificant cytotoxic effect against a human colon cancer cell line Caco-2. preliminary tests have shown are able to modify release profile furosemide (FUR), poorly soluble active substance Class IV Biopharmaceutics Classification System (BCS).
