摘要: The kinetic behavior of Cr 2 O 3 reduction by iron melts containing carbon, aluminum and silicon were investigated at various conditions in order to understand effective slag treatment for recovery chromium from stainless slag. It was found that the rate fairly slow, but it considerably accelerated addition some fluxes, such as Al SiO slag, which promoted formation liquid early stage reaction, ratio also improved. In addition, more increasing than due effect CaO/SiO on experimental results well simulated previous reaction model based two-film theory. modeling study showed transfer metal controlled mass transport phase.
