摘要: This paper describes the required building blocks in developing a software based real-time multiple H.264 video streaming system. Here, we consider capture using Microsoft® DirectShow and codec on Intel® Integrated Performance Primitives (IPP) library where Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) is utilized as transport protocol for compressed packets. These modules are implemented combined to develop system, which able stream receive four simultaneous CIF streams or one 720p High Definition stream. Experiments were carried out verify basic performance of developed system also compared that Intel's IPP H.263 commercial solution.
