摘要: The present investigation was designed to study the effects of rewarding and punishing verbal reinforcers on operant conditioning as a function extraversion-introversion. A randomized block design involving three levels extraversion (extraverts, ambiverts introverts) two reinforcement conditions (‘good’ ‘poor’), replicated 20 times. One hundred twenty undergraduate postgraduate female students were individually subjected Taffel's procedure. supports following conclusions: (1) extraverts compared introverts condition better with reinforcer (‘good’) while (‘poor’); (2) one, whereas one; (3) comparably both reinforcers.
