摘要: Abstract The Hall resistivity of polycrystalline samples Au Fe, Ag Mn, Cu Fe and Mn shows to varying degrees a contribution which at 4.2°K saturates in few kG. This is thought arise from electrons moving superparamagnetic clusters solute atoms. effect largest A uFe where the data can be fitted Langevin function give an estimate 14 atoms per cluster.
