摘要: Mindful parenting is a relatively new extension of mindfulness and beneficial for the well-being both parents their children. In this study, an eight-week mindful program was conducted in Hong Kong community. The qualitative method adopted to explore how could benefit with stress problems. Six participants were included interviews. Analysis data suggested four themes: enhanced emotion regulation, more compassion, positive changes parent-child relationship, home practice consistency obstacles. practical implications improve parents’ regulation relationships are addressed. limitations study future research directions also discussed.
