摘要: Shape memory was induced in crosslinked low-density polyethylene by a heating-stretching-cooling cycle. The effect of crosslink content on thermal properties and temperature dependence recovery behavior studied experimentally. importance stretching could be reasonably explained the observed changes which were attributed to differences crystalline structures mechanism crystal formation during process. A mechanical model developed describe qualitatively quantitatively prepared shape at nonisothermal state under various conditions driving constitutive equations using set constants. These constants determined with help optimization codes genetic algorithm method. By choosing suitable one can high accuracy any polymer.
