摘要: This article describes a surgical procedure for rehabilitation of the severely atrophic maxillary alveolar ridge by bone grafting to sinus and nasal floor followed installation implants in grafted regions at second operation. Five treated cases are presented. Further data considered necessary evaluate before it can be recommended routine use.
