摘要: Objectives: Off-pump coronary surgery does not eliminate the risks of ischemia-reperfusion injury. In present study hypothesis, that hyperoxia before grafting procedure protects human myocardium against necrosis and stunning as demonstrated in previous animal experiments, was tested. Design: Twenty three patients were ventilated prior OPCAB with FiO2 0.4 or >0.96. Blood for troponin I, creatine kinase MB, lactate, glutathione interleukin-6 sampled from arterial sinus cannulae. Results: Release creatinine kinase-MB, I lactate into evident already after completion 1 graft. By postoperative morning no differences cTnI levels observed (2.6 (1.7, 3.8) control vs. 2.7 (2.4, 5.1) group), but pre- treated had significantly lower IL-6 (162.0 (138.0, 223.0) 202.0 (188.0, 246.0) pg/mL, p=0.046). Conclusions: Cardioprotective effect hyperoxic pre-treatment could be setting surgery. Hyperoxia diminished systemic IL- 6 levels.
