摘要: The thermal conductivity of polycrystalline magnesium oxide has been measured over the temperature range from 400 K to 1300 using a modified guarded-hot-plate design. Three different thicknesses specimens having 93 % theoretical density were tested verify operation, accuracy, and reproducibility our apparatus. ranges 30 W ? m ‐1 down 8W an inverse-temperature functionality. results agree well with literature values for this material.
