摘要: Macrocyclic lactones are lipophilic molecules bearing a large 12-, 14-, or 16- membered lactone ring substituted with hydroxyl, methyl, and ethyl groups, as well carbonyl functions one, two, three carbohydrate fragments. The first compound of this class, pikromycin, was isolated by Brockman et al. in 1950 [1]. past decades have witnessed the development extensive use group medium-to-narrow-spectrum antibiotic macrocyclic lac-tones: erythromycin, oleandomycin, leucomycin (kitasamycin), josamycin (leucomycin A3), acetylspiramycin, midemycin.
