Seven both investigated presence Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) by situ hybridization (ISH) using probes against virus-encoded RNAs (EBERs) immunohistochemistry EBV-specific monoclonal antibodies. All EATL negative, suggesting EBV is not an important factor these cases. In one cases, detectable ISH most tumour cells mesenteric lymph nodes, but any primary ileal tumour, indicating case infection late event neoplastic process. These results show may develop time after our EATL, factor. some EBV-related neoplasia, be event.
