摘要: We report here the regeneration of visual pigments mouse, rat, goldfish and pigeon, which have wavelengths maximal absorption at 359 nm, 358 393 respectively. The construction functional assays ultraviolet or near-ultraviolet from a wide range vertebrate species will allow us to study molecular bases vision for first time.
