摘要: Adsorbate analysis has been performed by Second-Harmonic Generation (SHG) in total reflection geometry. Theoretical considerations as to direction, polarization and intensity of the experimental SHG-signals are presented well results, using hemicyanine adsorbates high second-order nonlinearity. The evaluation data is based upon Fourier rotation patterns, obtained variation condition incoming fundamental light.
