摘要: Susceptibility to erythromycin and clindamycin was determined in 860 consecutive clinical isolates of beta-haemolytic streptococci belonging groups A (GAS, n = 134), B (GBS, 689), C (GCS, 19) G (GGS, 18). Erythromycin resistance 26.1% GAS, 15.7% GBS, 5.3% GCS 33.3% GGS. The highest rate (33.3%) GGS, followed by GBS (15.8%), (15.8%) GAS (5.2%). M phenotype predominant (80%), the constitutive MLS(B) (75%), all GGS showed inducible phenotype. uncommon erythromycin-susceptible clindamycin-resistant found four two isolates.
