摘要: PURPOSE OF REVIEW This article summarizes studies that have analyzed sodium transporters in urinary extracellular vesicles (uEVs) relation to hypertension. RECENT FINDINGS The majority of kidney are detectable uEVs. Patients with loss or gain function mutations transporter genes concomitant changes the abundances their corresponding proteins effects aldosterone on transport, including activation chloride cotransporter (NCC) and epithelial channel (ENaC), transferred uEVs as increases phosphorylated NCC γ-subunit ENaC. Specific forms hypertension, aldosteronism pseudohypoaldosteronism, characterized by higher total proteolytic processing ENaC proteases is cleaved γ-ENaC, demonstrated hypertensive patients diabetic nephropathy. Analysis from essential salt-sensitive hypertension identified potential candidates for uEV markers retinoic acid-induced gene 2 protein hsa-miR-4516.
