摘要: Development of reliable, economical and eco-friendly process for the synthesis silver nanoparticles is a major step in field nanotechnology. There are various conventional approaches involving chemical methods, which associated with environmental toxicity.Green synthesisapproach has emerged as an alternative method to approach, it more economical, biocompatible environmentally benign. Monodisperse size less than 100 nm currently demand wide range applications different fields industry. One steps achieve this objective use natural reducing agents. This study manifests small sizedand stable using plant extract Azadirachtaindica. For detailed morphology structure fabricated nanoparticles, characterization was done UV-Vis,ATR-FTIR,DLS,ZETA SEM. UV–visible spectrum aqueous solution containing showed peak centred at 430 nm, due surface plasmon resonance nanoparticles. SEM image exhibitedthe formation well-dispersed spherical shaped nanoparticle 50–100 nm.ATR-FTIR analysis confirmed presence significant amount entities. It further revealed that phytochemicals like flavanoids terpenoids present neemleaf were main entities stabilize synthesized The isolated from exclusion chromatography(Sephadex G100). purified found be longer period.
