摘要: The purpose of this study was to prospectively analyze the relationship between post-transplant anti-HLA class I and/or II panel reactive antibodies and graft failure due chronic allograft nephropathy (CAN). We studied 512 first kidney recipients transplanted at a single center, with functioning for least 3 years. A blood sample collected from each patient antibody evaluation. median posttransplant time after collection 4.4 years did not differ patients (n = 91) or without 421). Female gender, pregnancies transfusions were associated presence antibodies. Graft function deterioration Multivariate analysis showed independent association creatinine levels (RR 7.5), acute rejection 2.6), recipient male gender 3.6) 2.9) CAN-associated loss. In conclusion, conferred risk loss before decline in renal increased who already had function. Thus, monitoring is useful tool management long-term recipients.
