摘要: Abstract While it is well known that the depinning of a charge-density wave (CDW) in quasi-one-dimensional conductor causes unusual electron transport properties, also affects lattice phonons surprising ways. In this paper, we discuss two such effects. orthorhombic TaS3, low-frequency acoustic velocities to decrease, presumably because local phase CDW can relax an oscillating strain when depinned. We have used torsional oscillator measurements determine voltage dependence average relaxation time. monoclinic K0.3MoO3, measured changes frequencies, strengths, and bandwidths optic near current contacts. The sign these depends on polarity current, indicating they are due polarization which accompanies depinning.
