摘要: Abstract In the present work, vertically well-aligned of ZnO nanowalls were successfully obtained on ITO glass substrate via a facile two-step soft aqueous solution using Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O and Al(NO3)3·9H2O as source materials in seed solution. Results showed that Al3+ played critical role synthesizing nanowalls. The ZnAl2O4 buffer layer not only reduced surface energy but also supported easy nucleation for ZnO. effect growth tailoring morphology was investigated. Moreover, gas sensors based vertical standing nanowall fabricated to examine responses NO2 (1–50 ppm). exhibited good response toward 50 ppm high 30 at operating temperature 220 °C. addition, fast (30 s) recovery (48 s) time NO2. These results promising sensor applications.
