摘要: In a group of 52 patients receiving continuous intravenous heparin, 16 developed thrombocytopenia (platelets less than 100 000/mm3). Ten the who had elevated titers fibrinogen-fibrin degradation products, and five these 10 also reduction in plasma fibrinogen. The abnormalities disappeared after heparin preparation was discontinued. These occurrences could not be attributed to drugs other dose administered, or prior exposure heparin. mechanism by which may induce changes is known.
