摘要: Abstract The oxidation of TbFeCo amorphous alloys in the temperature range 70–120°C is examined using XPS, optical and magnetic measurement techniques. As a consequence this process, complex structure formed whose upper surface layer consists oxides Tb, Fe Co. Below oxidized (approximately 5 nm thick) region consisting terbium oxide within which Co exist their metallic states. This lower significantly alters magneto-optical properties thin films thickness increases with annealing time. kinetics process follows parabolic law diffusion limited an activation energy 0.5±0.1 eV. rate TbFe hindered by additions. not result segregation or preferential phenomena.
