摘要: Mr. Le G., aged 50 years, had an aneurysm of the abdominal aorta revealed by gross disturbances function, predominantly in left leg. Abdominal examination showed a large tumor paraumbilical region, pulsating and expansile. The right femoral pulse was diminished absent; oscillations were on absent left.
