摘要: Abstract Plasma membranes of the hypothalamic arcuate neurons rat show a sexually dimorphic phenotype: numerical density intramembrane protein particles is greater in females. Male and female Sprague-Dawley rats, 10, 20 100 days old, were studied order to determine whether sexual differentiation neuronal plasma membrane soma associated with establishment sex differences pattern axo-somatic synaptic contacts. Axo-somatic synapses counted thin sections nucleus assessed freeze-fracture replicas membrane. The number per length perikaryal increased from day 10 both sexes, reaching by values similar those found on 100.
