摘要: Abstract : A new integrated aero-structural design method for aerospace vehicles is presented. The approach combines an analysis solver, a coupled adjoint geometry engine, and efficient gradient-based optimization algorithm. solver ensures accurate solutions by using high-fidelity models the aerodynamics, structures, coupling procedure. used to calculate sensitivities of aerodynamic structural cost functions with respect both shape variables. are compared those given complex-step derivative approximation finite differences. proposed shown be efficient, exhibiting significant advantage when gradient small number large variables needed. supersonic business jet configuration demonstrates usefulness importance computing coupled-adjoint method.
