摘要: Photostimulated hole transport through DNA duplexes immobilized on gold electrodes has been investigated. By modifying a electrode with duplex containing photosensitizer, we have observed sequence-dependent cathodic photocurrent. acts as good mediator for photocurrent when appropriate sequences are selected.
