摘要: We report about the electrocatalytic properties of electrodes modified by adsorption nitro-fluorenone derivatives. use their high catalytic activity in electrooxidation NADH to enhance electron transfer kinetics between enzymes dehydrogenase family and electrode. The presence a carboxyl substituent mediator molecule allows us improve rate constants when adding calcium ions solution. This is due specific complexation NADH. interaction, as well molecular recognition NADH/NAD+ dehydrogenases used modify electrode surface “molecular lego” approach. obtained supramolecular sandwich (mediator/Ca2+/NAD+/dehydrogenase) able detect specifically various substrates function type dehydrogenase, constitutes therefore versatile approach for construction biosensors.
