摘要: Since 1998, the government of Uganda has formulated traffic rules for road drivers, set penalties violation these and deployed personnel to enforce compliance. However, there is continued non-compliance with rules, particularly among drivers personal vehicles on Kampala roads. It likely that actions are influenced by individual or social perceptions pressures (social norms).
