摘要: The finding of varicocele in an adolescent male is common. Varicocele rarely causes symptoms and often diagnosed on the routine physical examination. There clear association between factor infertility; however, there debate about whether, when, whom to treat when present adult or males. This review epidemiology, etiology, pathophysiology, treatment with will provide reader tools make appropriate decisions dealing this condition.
