摘要: Abstract Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common cause of anovulatory infertility in reproductive-aged women; however, its etiology remains poorly understood. This study aimed to reveal role miR-29a PCOS. MiR-29a levels were measured granulosa cells (GCs) forty-seven PCOS patients and controls. A receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn evaluate diagnostic value non-hyperandrogenism overexpressed KGN COV434 cells examine roles proliferation, cell-cycle progression, steroidogenesis. significantly down-regulated patients, associated with an increased antral follicle count. The ROC showed a major separation between overexpression inhibited cell arrested decreased aromatase expression estradiol production. These findings suggest that involved GC proliferation steroidogenesis, providing insights into pathogenesis.
