摘要: Abstract Since most polymers are not inherently stable to light, their photochemical behavior remains a subject of constant interest. In this study, we investigated the photoaging polymeric colloidal photonic crystal films. As consequence reactions containing chain-scission, induced morphological changes in film surface including size, roughness, shape, and packing structure PS particles. These structural modifications came about deterioration optical properties (photonic bandgap) during photoaging. Based on our results observations, plausible correlation between evolutions was established. Finally, compositional based oxygen incorporation caused by photooxidation process discussed ATR–FTIR XPS analyses.
