摘要: The explosion mechanism behind Type Ia supernovae is a matter of continuing debate. diverse attempts to identify or at least constrain the physical processes involved in have been only partially successful so far. In this paper we propose use thermal X-ray emission from young supernova remnants originated events extract relevant information concerning explosions themselves. We produced grid thermonuclear models representative paradigms currently under debate: pure deflagrations, delayed detonations, pulsating detonations and sub-Chandrasekhar explosions, using their density chemical composition profiles simulate interaction with surrounding ambient medium ensuing plasma heating, non-equilibrium ionization ejecta. Key observational parameters such as electron temperatures, measures time scales are presented discussed. find that not it possible spectra Supernova Remnants, fact necessary take detailed ejecta structure into account if be modeled self-consistent way. Neither element line flux ratios nor good estimates true ejected masses, differences much two three orders magnitude for given model. Comparison observations Tycho SNR suggests detonation most probable mechanism. Line strengths, ratios, centroid Fe Kalpha reasonably well reproduced by model kind.
