Effect of pH on the microstructure and luminescence of Eu 3+ -doped BiPO 4 phosphors

摘要: We focus on the effect of pH microstructure and luminescence an Eu3+-doped BiPO4 phosphor, BiPO4:0.05Eu3+. X-ray diffraction field-emission scanning microscopy (FESEM) results show that as-prepared BiPO4:0.05Eu3+ has a hexagonal rod with cones, its crystallinity decreases increased pH. With pH, more OH− ions exist cannot completely precipitate, which leads to irregular morphology. Afterwards, intensities emission spectra decrease. The best excitation wavelength is 395 nm. Emission samples display bands associated 5D0 → 7FJ electronic transition characteristics Eu3+ at different positions. Intensities decrease These reveal possibility using adjustment improve phosphors for future research device fabrication.
