摘要: There are point-like sources in central regions of several supernova remnants which have not been detected outside the X-ray range. The spectra these Central Compact Objects (CCOs) thermal components with blackbody temperatures 0.2-0.5 keV and characteristic sizes 0.3-3 km. Most likely, CCOs neutron stars born explosions. We overview their observational properties, emphasizing Chandra data, compare them magnetars.
