摘要: Compositions, methods for preparing and of using contrast agent-filled polymeric microparticles imaging are disclosed. In a preferred embodiment, air-encapsulating formed by ionotropically gelling synthetic polyelectrolytes such as poly(carboxylatophenoxy)phosphazene, poly(acrylic acid), poly(methacrylic acid) methacrylic acid copolymers (Eudragit's) contact with multivalent ions calcium ions. the average size is less than seven μm so that they suitable injection intravenously. The stable to display high echogenicity, both in vitro vivo. Due their vivo stability potential application extended beyond vascular liver renal diseases, fallopian tube detecting characterizing tumor masses tissues, measuring peripheral blood velocity. can optionally be linked ligands minimize tissue adhesion or target specific regions.
