摘要: Ewing sarcoma is a relatively common, highly malignant bone tumor that typically occurs in adolescents and young adults aged 10-25 years. Our archives contain 328 cases of histologically proved radiologically correlated collected consultation over 40 From this series, we identified 34 lesions (10%) arising ribs. Radiographically, the affected rib was predominantly lytic most (82%) cases, but mixed lytic-sclerotic (9%) even sclerotic patterns were also encountered. The "expanded" 35% although contour change usually mild. Abnormalities ipsilateral hemithorax varied from subtle, isolated involvement to solitary accompanied by complete opacification hemithorax. We describe spectrum radiologic findings primary rib, augmented where appropriate accompanying pathologic material.
