摘要: Numerous scoring scales have been proposed and validated to evaluate coma for rapid pre-hospital assessment triage, disease severity, prognosis morbidity mortality. These systems predicated on core features that serve as a basis this review include ease of use, inter-rater reliability, reproducibility, predictive value. Here we the benefits limitations most popular systems. The methods search Medline, databases, manual article bibliographies. Few many available gained widespread approval popularity. best known widely accepted scale is Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS). Reaction Level (RLS85) has utility proven benefit, but little acceptance outside Scandinavia. newer Full Outline UnResponsiveness (FOUR) score provides an attractive replacement all patients with fluctuating levels consciousness gradually gaining wide acceptance.
