摘要: The object of the invention is a method for certification electronic mails with recognised signature wherein telecommunications operator certifies sending certified mail on part user client said to another non-client respecting at all times chain custody and original signatures in resending certification, generating evidence transaction, such way that it can be used as reinforced any court or reliable demonstration given transaction.
