摘要: Magnetic anisotropy in the one-dimensional spin chain system BaCo2V2O8 is investigated using magnetic susceptibility, magnetization, and heat capacity measurements. Unusual observed paramagnetic state at room temperature. The energy of estimated to be greater than 1.44(4)×107erg∕cm3 2K a simple uniaxial two-sublattice mean-field model.
