摘要: A method and apparatus for conducting electronic transactions auditing transaction documents in an online system allow users to accept or reject received documents, wherein the acceptance is non-repudiable based on content terms of document. Transactions may be conducted between two more parties, include non-party participants. Electronic stored audited by validating digital signatures verifying that contents have not been compromised.
