摘要: Abstract Cell Stemness can be achieved by various reprogramming techniques namely, somatic cell nuclear transfer, fusion, extracts, and introduction of transcription factors from which induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) are obtained. iPSCs valuable sources for drug screening human disease modeling.
