摘要: Coincident Sequence Cloning (CSC) is a strategy for genome analysis which involves the selective isolation of sequences on basis their shared existence in pair otherwise distinct DNA mixtures. Two related methodologies, Hybrid Fishing CSC (HF-CSC) and End Ligation (EL-CSC), have been developed are able to handle highly complex DNAs can enrich coincident elements by 103–105 fold 106–107 respectively. Using these methods ‘integrate’ genomic with cDNA provides an effective way identifying transcribed within defined domains. The immense enrichment power EL-CSC procedure permits target genes be directly purified homogeneity.
