摘要: A major issue in assessing the efficacy of drugs for late-life cognitive disorders is that clinical relevance or “ecologic validity.” It has been argued (Crook 1983, 1985a; Larrabee and Crook 1988; Leber 1986) measures treatment effects should bear a clear relationship to behavioral problems which undertaken. These may be assessed through rating scales completed by clinician, family patient, sometimes patient himself. Behavioral capacities also directly objective, psychometric performance tests. problem with most tests, however, they are abstract little prescribed.
