Easing Communication Means Selection Using Context Information and Semantic Technologies

摘要: Due to the advances in ICTs recent years, variety of communication means at our disposal has noticeably increased. Some offer simple tools inform users about status and availability their contacts. However, not all them this functionality, indeed, elements like context, preferences habits contact, which currently are considered, should be taken into account before trying stablish with a contact. In order tackle problem, we propose platform that takes these features assist deciding what use each contact moment. Considering real-time constraints system, series performance tests also presented.
