摘要: This report documents a research project that developed model of mid-block crossing difficulty as perceived by pedestrians. Four aspects the are reported: design issues; selection potential determinants; data collection; and statistical analysis. was done through calibration validation process involving collecting actual site characteristics stated levels sample persons at sites from Hillsborough Pinellas counties in Florida. For traffic operations applications, this may be used screening tool to determine whether pedestrian facilities, such crosswalks or signals, needed particular locations. planning purposes, has number applications.
