摘要: Size-controlled spinel iron oxide (SIO) nanoparticle/organic hybrid was synthesized in situ from (III) allylacetylacetonate (IAA) at around 80 °C. The formation of SIO particles chemically bound with organics confirmed by infrared and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. sizes nanoparticles the hybrids were monodispersed ranged 7 to 23 nm under controlled hydrolysis conditions. including 7.3 superparamagnetic, whereas those dispersed above 11 ferrimagnetic. specific absorption rate (SAR) value dependent upon magnetic properties 100 Oe. SAR 15.2 W g−1 a 230 kHz alternating field Oe when crystallite size particle 16 nm. temperatures agars powders 5 8 mg ml−1 reached optimum temperature (42 °C) for 17 min, respectively. increase terms strength field. simulation heat transfer agar phantom model revealed that suitable distribution therapy attained 15 20 min
