摘要: To determine the suitability of micropropagation techniques developed for conserving rare medicinal herb Ungernia victoris we estimated genetic fidelity plants produced through direct regeneration from bulb scale segments and organogenesis long-term callus culture. Average value Jaccard's distances between explant-derived regenerants maternal calculated RAPD data was 0.5 %, while that callus-derived cell line 4.2 %; average objects among were 0.7 % 2.5 respectively. The obtained suggest conditions in vitro culture applied this work provide relatively high stability species upon cultured callus.
