摘要: Starch is hydrolyzed into oligosaccharides by the action of both pancreatic and salivary amylase. Brush border oligosaccharidases disacharidases are responsible for further digestion starch derivatives dietary disaccharides (lactose sucrose). The derived monosaccharides, glucose, galactose, fructose, absorbed carrier-mediated transport systems located in brush membrane small intestine. active glucose galactose absorption achieved sodium-dependent cotransporter (SGLT1). Fructose transported facilitated diffusion from intestinal lumen enterocytes.
