摘要: A method for species-independent measurement of complement (C) activation in animals. The comprises taking samples the range 3-100 microliter anticoagulated blood, plasma or serum an animal (specimen), mixing specimen with a specificity converting protein matrix (SCM), to specimen/SCM mixture activator C system (Act), incubating specimen/SCM/Act at temperature between 36° C. 38° time 5-120 min and determining production one more human proteins by ELISA other analytical methods.
