摘要: An adequate approach to diagnosis and treatment of the dominant thyroid nodule is a matter debate. The aim study determinate most significant ultrasaund scintigraphic parametars malignancy in nodules. involved 95 patients treated surgically for polynodous goiter with whom ultrasonographic was made prior surgery. Echosonographic findings were compared analyzed against operative histopathologic nodule. Our male examinees 59.4 ± 11.66 years, female 53.02 12.78 old on average. Of total number examinees, there 74 benign 21 malignant changes. Considering ultrasound scintigraphy parameters malignancies, following could be singled out as statistically significant: non-sharply delineated change (OR = 0.765; 95% CI 0.555-0.985); hypoechogenicity 2.152; 1.111-2.456); avascular 2.156; 1.111-4.589); hypofunctional 2.154; 1.111-3.589). sensitivity specificity detection 80% 90%, respectively, while percentages 55% 60%. important diagnostic are non-sharp delineation change, avascularization. Ultrasound has higher than
